Meet Cara
Welcome to Sol Luna Energy Healing! My name is Cara and I am the founder and proud owner of this alternative wellness space.
I am an empath and intuitive energy healer whose passion and soul purpose is helping and healing others. I am constantly on a journey to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. I feel the more I learn, the better equipped I am to support more people on their paths to healing.

​Currently my various healing modalities include being a Reiki Master/Teacher, Spinal Flow Practitioner, Access Bars Practitioner, Shadow Work Coach, Past Life Regressionist, Access Energetic Facelift Practitioner and a Health and Wellness Coach. I also have diplomas in Crystal Healing, Naturopathy and Master Herbalism. I am very proud to also be one of the very first in all of Saskatchewan to be certified in Spinal Flow, bringing a new way to heal to Canada and directly to our Province! I draw upon my extensive knowledge, life experiences and intuition to guide people through their unique healing journeys.
​At Sol Luna, I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where everyone feels seen, heard, valued and appreciated.
One of my other main focuses is to inspire, give strength and empower others. This foundation is essential as clients work to become the most authentic, healed versions of themselves.

The inception of Sol Luna was born from big dreams and a big leap of faith. In 2021, at age 44, I left the corporate world, where I was running other people’s companies, to pursue my own dream. Although initially I had more of a long-term plan to do this, the Universe had other ideas for me. In 2.5 months, I built a business from the ground up. Nervous, a bit scared and extremely excited, my doors officially opened in October 2021. Since then, I have experienced many ups and downs, all of which have contributed to the growth, joy and pride I feel today.

My drive, my love, and my passion has always been to help others. Sol Luna gives me the opportunity to fulfill this calling. I consider myself truly fortunate to guide individuals on their healing journeys, and every day I am grateful for the opportunity to live this life. As Sol Luna continues to evolve, I look forward to positively impacting as many lives as possible. Thank you for being here! I can’t wait to walk this journey with you!
